Driving system

Hanging basket structure

Vibration device

Use 24V DC brushless low voltage vibration motor to ensure safe production. The vibration motor amplitude can be adjusted according to the aspect ratio. The 485 communication output computer monitors. The motor operating parameters are used for all-round real-time monitoring, real-time fault alarms, and intelligent control.

Swing device

The PCB adopts a new design of climbing type swing, and the FPC adopts a tug-type swing up and down, which is convenient for the effect of the potion on the board.

Heating system 

The whole line adopts a new type of air energy heating system, which is safe and energy-saving by 50%.

Water saving system

The solenoid valve is newly installed for water replenishment, and the solenoid valve is automatically opened for water replenishment after entering the board.

Exhaust system

The whole line adopts a fully enclosed design, equipped with cylinder side suction and top suction to reduce waste gas pollution.
